ABCo Commercial Jacking Beams are operated via a dual action manual pump providing a fast and controlled lift. A spring-loaded lowering valve offers protection against accidental lowering, combined with the two handed lowering operation makes this a safe product to use.
The jacking beam has an industry leading 275mm lift capacity and extremely wide reach of 1875mm, allowing for use with modern wide vehicles and electric vehicles. This is combined with a 3 position mechanical safety catch making safety the priority.
A hose burst valve is also present as standard, adding an extra layer of protection.
Operation couldn’t be simpler due to the dual acting hand pump and convenient handle, the spring-loaded lowering valve allows the user to easily lift the jack without worrying about tightening the valve before use. Lowering the jack is as simple as disengaging the safety catch with one lever, and gradually undoing the lowering valve until the vehicle has made a controlled descent.
Featuring a unique design feature where the adjustable lifting pads can also be used along the centre of the spreader beam, allowing a versatile lifting experience.
The jacking beam has a wide range of adjustability to suit lifts from 800mm to 1200mm wide, with rollers to suit most lifts. Custom rollers are available upon request. We will require a survey form to be filled out to determine which end plates you need to suit your lift. Price shown includes end plates suited to your lift.

Full parts cover
Any part failing from faulty materials or workmanship within the first 12 months from date of purchase will be replaced/repaired free of charge. Accidental and water damage of any component will not be covered by the warranty and will be fully chargeable (all repairs will be quoted before being carried out) e.g. damaged cylinder rods, internal water damage, damaged release valves etc.

Limited parts cover
Any part failing from faulty materials or workmanship, between month 13 to 60 from date of purchase will be replaced/repaired free of charge. Excluded from the above statement are consumable wearing parts: seals (cylinder, pump and valve), bearings, lifting adaptors, internal pump components, hydraulic hoses, any part suffering from accidental or water damage.

In order to ensure a long service life and continued warranty support on your jacking beam, it must be kept in good working order and all operating parameters must be adhered to, please see the manual for more info.
Details of weekly maintenance are included in the Jacking Beam Operating Manual found in the 'Downloads' section in the web page footer.
Failure to comply with the operating parameters and weekly maintenance instruction may invalidate your warranty.
