We can repair most jacks and we also offer a full factory service and complete refurbishment of your pit jack. 

Prior to any work being carried out, we will inspect the jack and diagnose any issues. Once we have assessed the jack we will contact you to confirm whether we should proceed.  

Following the repair or service, we will check and test your pit jack to ensure performance and quality standards have been met. 

- Strip down and drain tank, clean and replace with new oil
- Replace relief/release valve
- Replace raise/lower valve
- Replace water trap/filter assembly
- Replace both hydraulic hoses
- Strip and reseal cylinders
- Re-sticker the jack
- Rebuild jack
- Test and raise test certificates

Our in-house design team work with clients to create cylinder designs from the concept stage, producing detailed CAD drawings for the product to be manufactured in our purpose build factory in Nottinghamshire.
