12 & 20 tonne Commercial Pit Jacks and accessories.
Available from the 1st September 2009.

12 & 20 TONNE COMMERCIAL PIT JACKS
MECHANICAL CYLINDER SAFETY LOCK:
Additional locking system to eliminate the chance of accidental lowering of the cylinders ensuring operator safety.
CONTROL PANEL AND OIL RESERVOIR:
Streamlined to allow easier access underneath the pit jack.
ADAPTOR KIT CARRIER:
This carrier allows you to locate all the adaptors and extensions on the pit jack beam for easy operator access.
TOOL TRAY:
Located on the jack to carry a number of hand tools.
ADAPTOR KIT:
Each kit comprises of:
2 x 300mm extension bars, 2 x 150mm extension bars, 2 diff cups and 2 chassis / V blocks.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
DIFF LIFTING BEAM 20 TONNE:
Uses both rams for maximum lifting load at one central point. S.W.L 20 tonnes.
TELESCOPIC DOUBLE EXTENSION TOP BEAM 2.8 TONNE:
Allows pit jack to be suitable for Class 4 and Class 7 M.O.T testing and servicing. Maximum load 2.8 tonnes
SPREADER BEAM 10 TONNE:
Ideal for use when:
Vehicles have an independent front suspension i.e. Buses and Coaches.
Jacking points extend beyond the width of the pit. Maximum working width 1600mm.
Springs need to be changed; the vehicle can be jacked on the chassis.
HEAVY DUTY TELESCOPIC SPREADER BEAM 20 / 12 TONNE:
The universal spreader beam allows greater flexibility and in a lot of cases can be a permanent fixture on the pit jack.
The spreader beam has been designed to accommodate all the standard adaptors supplied with the ABCO pit jack.
The beam allows you to lift 20 tonnes at the centre point and also at 600mm centres.
The telescopic arms extend from 800mm centres lifting at 15 tonnes out to a maximum of 1600mm centres lifting at 12 tonnes.
The ABCO Telescopic Spreader Beam is only compatible with our own range of Commercial Pit Jacks.
