ABCO Engineering Hydraulics manufacture our own designed 12 & 20 Ton Commercial Pit Jacks (8 ton Spreader Beam also available as an optional extra)
SPECIFICATIONS
RAMS
Rams have lateral movement along the width of the frame with a load capacity of 12 or 20 ton ( 6 or 10 ton per ram), chrome plated ram rod with a 50mm diameter. The ram tubes are treated with a NITOTEC surface for maximum tube life. Each ram is also fitted with an isolation valve to enable independant use of rams. A hose burst valve is built into the base of the ram to prevent the retraction of the rods due to any loss of hydraulic pressure. Rams are retracted by air and have a stroke of 300mm.
PUMP
The jack is fitted with a high output air powered pump providing rapid advance and lift. A spring loaded lowering valve allows safe lowering of the vehicle and helps avoid accidental lowering. The water trap is fitted as standard collecting condensation from the air line. The air operating pressure is from 6 t0 8.5 bar, 85-125PSI.
FRAME
The ABCO pit jack is manufactured in the UK in a range of standard pit sizes to cover pit widths from 765mm to 1200mm. Pits nover 1200mm require a made to order frame that can be provided at no extra cost but take a little longer as fabrication is individually undertaken. Steel zinc plated rollers are free running on OILITE bushes and are available in parallel and tapered versions to fit all pit requirements.
ADAPTOR KIT
The adaptor kits are made of zinc plated steel and comprise of:
2 x 300m long 50mm diameter extensions
2 x 150m long 50mm diameter extensions
2 x diff cups
2 x dual purpose adaptors, V block / chassis rail
FINISH
All frame work, rams, hydraulic oil tank and control panel are powder coated. Rail rollers are zinc plated. All jacks are supplied with a comprehensive instruction manual that details all required safety procedures. The ABCO jack also shows all relevent load and ssafety requirements on the jack body.
